Anne-Sophie Selwyn is a psychologist with 18 years experience working with adults in both public and private mental health settings in Australia and New Zealand. Anne-Sophie offers an eclectic approach, incorporating a range of evidence-based modalities including ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy), Trauma-informed and Mindfulness-based practices as well as Brainspotting (which is a specific neuroscience based therapy).
Anne-Sophie has experience working with a range of presentations from normal everyday concerns such as stress management and relationship issues to mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression and PTSD.
Anne-Sophie can offer you a compassionate, non-judgemental and warm therapeutic environment where you are the expert on your issues and within you, you have the resources for healing and recovery. Every person is different so Anne-Sophie will utilize various strategies according to your needs and unique personality.

- Member NZ Psych Board
- Member NZ Psych Society
- Trained in ACT
- Brainspotting Training Phase 1
- ACC Sensitive Claims registered provider for assessment and treatment

Rate: Sessions are 50 minutes duration and cost $180 (GST incl)
In-person appointments are located at 443 Lake Road, Takapuna however Telehealth sessions are also available.
